A practice I fell in love with over 10 years ago, Yoga has connected me to parts of myself I never knew were there. The way we are demanded to be so present, so deeply connected with our body, mind and breath all at once, is a way of asking us to show up every time we step on the mat. The ancient wisdom this practice originates from is far from just movement, it’s a way of being in the world.

Is Yoga for me?

I love how Yoga can develop a huge foundation of physical and mental resilience. These are tools that can be utilised in all aspects of life and my hope is that as many people as possible get to experience it. My way of teaching blends creative, dynamic sequences coupled with simple, grounded postures, all rooted in tradition. It’s about creating balance—not just in your practice, but in life.

Yoga is suitable for all levels and provides an opportunity for both physical and mental exploration. And the age old comment of ‘I’m not flexible enough to do yoga’ just won’t stick it I’m afraid…it really is a practice for EveryBODY at every stage of life…
