Whatever your age or fitness level, I’m here to guide you on how to move forward (excuse the pun! :) ). Over the past 10+ years, I’ve dedicated my time to understanding how we can utilise our bodies to be as efficient and capable as possible. I work in studios teaching public and private group classes, 1:1 in studio or at your home and in major corporate and small business settings both online and in person.
With experience in various movement modalities, I believe a little bit of everything helps build the strength and mobility needed for optimal health. For example, a juicy yoga practice can lengthen and stretch muscles and fascia restricted by daily habits. In the same class, we can use strength and resistance to hold postures and challenge the mind. If you prefer something more dynamic, a high-energy strength or endurance session will give you the endorphin hit you’re after. Or maybe you love the burn of pilates and have a recent or recurring injury you want support with.
My approach is ever evolving—I can focus on one modality and refine it, or we can mix the best bits to create something that works for your body and the season of life you’re in.

My Offerings

Yoga
Through my experience of studying with teachers from all over the world, I teach a vinyasa style of yoga focused on slowing down to build not just flexibility, but also strength. This style of yoga can be creative and dynamic, but also simplistic and grounded in tradition.
It will help you challenge the mind and create space both physically and mentally.

Pilates
I teach mat Pilates that focuses on strengthening and opening up the body with breath. The main emphasis of the traditional Pilates method is overall core strengthening, glute and posterior chain strength, and moving the body freely through all ranges of motion with a particular focus on extension and postural alignment. This is great to explore through 1:1 work or in small groups.

Breathwork
I’ve always loved geeking out on the science, so with a background in yoga and having studied pranayama practices, I became more interested in the science behind breathing. This method identifies how we can optimise health and physical performance just by using simple but incredibly powerful daily practices.

Pre/Post Partum
Mumma, I’m here for you! Getting pregnant and having a baby does NOT mean the end of your fitness journey.
Sure, things change, but with the right guidance, practical knowledge, and exercises, you can continue to thrive and build strength—both while your bub is growing and after they’re born.

Personal Training
I primarily focus on free weight training, using dumbbells and kettlebells to build both muscular strength and endurance.
This type of training also significantly benefits heart health and bone density. By understanding your daily activities and external stressors, we can tailor your workouts for optimal effectiveness, both in and out of the gym.

I have taught in a number of studios and gyms across Sydney reaching people of all ages abilities and fitness levels. I am passionate about nurturing the relationship with my clients and understanding their goals and reason for attending group classes.

I have worked in many corporate settings over the years and delivered workshops, online webinars and regular group classes to businesses of all sizes. I have also taught one off classes for hen parties and events for community groups, the list is endless!
